Delivery within Ukraine

Nova Poshta

Delivery to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier where available.

Shipping costs are based on the carrier’s current rates.
Final terms depend on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
Cash on delivery may incur an additional money transfer fee.

Ukrposhta

Delivery to Ukrposhta branches within Ukraine, if this option is available at checkout.

Costs and delivery times are subject to the carrier’s rates and terms.
Weight and size restrictions are confirmed when your order is processed.

Local Delivery

Availability, delivery address, and delivery time are arranged during checkout.

The cost is shown when you select the relevant delivery method.

Pickup

If pickup is available, our manager will confirm the location, collection time, and when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before visiting.

Payment Methods

Payment by Bank Card

Pay online using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Bank Transfer (IBAN)

Pay using our bank details. The final amount, including any applicable fee, is displayed when you select this payment method.

Cash on Delivery

Pay upon receipt if this service is supported by your chosen carrier. Any additional fee is determined by the carrier.

How We Pack Your Order

Before dispatch, items are checked and prepared for shipping.

We check that all items are included and look for visible damage.
We use protective packaging materials when needed.
We choose packaging based on the characteristics of each item.
Fragile and oversized items may require additional protection.

Receiving and Checking Your Order

When receiving your order, we recommend that you:

Check the packaging for damage and verify the contents.
Inspect the items for any visible damage.
If you find damage, document it together with the carrier’s representative.
