«OCCO» PRIVACY POLICY
The privacy agreement is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation regulating legal relations related to the collection, processing, storage of personal data, as well as the right of citizens to non-interference in private life and the right to self-expression.
The "OCCO" online store, caring about the development of relationships with customers, understanding the importance of ensuring the protection of your personal data, in order to resolve possible contradictions and misunderstandings, has prepared this Privacy Agreement (privacy policy), hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy", and the terms of use of the online store website https://occo.com.ua/, hereinafter referred to as the "site". Please read this page carefully, because the information presented on it is important to you as a Site User.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Administration of the online store website (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration)" - authorized employees for site management, acting on behalf of the "OCCO" online store, who organize the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions or operations performed with personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" - a mandatory requirement for the Administrator or another person who has gained access to personal data to prevent their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.
1.1.5. "User of the "OCCO" online store website" - a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the online store Site.
1.1.6. "Cookies" - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it attempts to open the page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. "IP address" - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.
2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. By using the site or purchasing goods offered on the site, as well as answering the necessary questions in the questionnaire during registration or checkout, the user confirms that they give consent to the "OCCO" online store and its authorized persons to process personal data, and also that they are of legal age.
2.2. The User gives their consent to the Site Administration to process the received information, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, correction), use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data specified in the questionnaire, for the purpose of measures aimed at forming a database of participants, compiling statistical reporting, conducting market research, as well as interacting with the user, including via telecommunication networks, including sending SMS messages and emails, until such consent is revoked.
2.3. The User confirms their consent that the Site Administration has the right to interact with the User by making direct contacts through various means of communication, including but not limited to: mailing, e-mail, the Internet, etc.
2.4. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy include, but are not limited to, the following information:
2.4.1. Full name of the User;
2.4.2. Contact phone number of the User;
2.4.3. E-mail address;
2.4.4. Delivery address of the Goods;
2.4.5. Place of residence of the User.
3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The User's personal information is used by the OCCO online store for the following purposes:
3.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the online store website for placing an order and (or) concluding a remote Agreement for the sale and purchase of goods with the "OCCO" online store.
3.1.2. Providing the User with effective customer support;
3.1.3. Providing the User with personalized Services;
3.1.4. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information concerning the use of the Services, provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;

3.1.6. Providing information about goods and services sold by "OCCO", promotional campaigns conducted by OCCO, answering requests, as well as fulfilling "OCCO"'s obligations to consumers of goods (services);
3.1.7. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
4. CATEGORIES OF COLLECTED DATA
4.1. Categories of Personal data collected by the site (independently or through third parties) include: Cookies and Usage Data of network resources.
4.2. Personal data may be provided by the User independently or their collection may be automatically carried out by the site during its use.

6. USER RIGHTS
6.1. Users have the right to:

6.1.2. contact the Site Administration to find out their content and origin
6.1.3. check their accuracy or ask to supplement them
6.1.4. delete, update, or correct
6.1.5. convert into a format ensuring anonymity
6.1.6. block any data stored in violation of the law
6.1.7. object to their processing on any and all legitimate grounds.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS
10.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
10.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Online store Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
10.3. In case of disagreement with any changes made to the Rules, the User must stop using the site and also demand that the site administration delete their Personal data.
